Lynn Hershman leeson at Showroom

SHOWROOM by Paul van Esch & Partners Art Advisory is pleased to host Lynn Hershman Leeson’s first solo show in The Netherlands. The exhibition brings together historical paintings, sculptures, drawings and installations from the 1960s, including pieces from the Breathing Machine series, presented alongside more recent multi-media works.

Award - College Art Association

Lynn Hershman Leeson recieved the 2018 Distinguished Feminist Award for Lifetime Achievement from the College Art Association. 

As one of the most influential (media) artists she received this prize for her pioneering use of new technologies with which she subjects such as identity, feminism, privacy, the interaction between man and machine and the use of media as a means against censorship and political oppression.
